Steve has been a resident of Pitt County since 1984.  He has been married for 32 years to his wife Karen.  They have two children and two grandchildren.  He is an active member of Unity Free Will Baptist Church.  Steve enjoys playing softball, golf and especially spending time with his grandchildren.

Steve retired from Greenville Utilites Commission in April 2015 after 30 years of service in the electrical department.  This experience has exposed him to many situations that aid in his ability to perform excellant home inspections.  He is a dedicated person with an eye for detail and excellance.

After retirement, Steve's decision to become a home inspector did not come lightly.  He wanted to be the best he could be.  He investigated several options and decided that The Home Inspection Training Center owned by Gregory Enterprises would be a perfect fit.  The HITC provided Steve with 200 hours of training through professional online classes, seminars and hands-on field training.  This full service  school gave Steve the added knowledge and skills to give you the best home inspection possible.
